  • XJ Hybrid Cage Kit

      The XJ Cherokee hybrid cage kit is available for four-door models only but can be made to fit a two-door with some minor trimming.  The exterior part of the cage kit includes the roof hoop and a-pillar/windshield bars.  The Interior part of the kit includes the b/c/d pillars and bracing.  16 cage plates are included to sandwich the roof attaching the interior to the exterior cage as well as the interior cage to the sliders and unibody at the rear.  Sliders are necessary (No Longer an option we have time for) you can use any brand as long as there is adequate support for the a-pillar post.  Trimming will be required at this location. IMPORTANT – B PILLAR MUST BE TIED TO UNIBODY STIFFENERS Main tubes are 1.75 x 0.120 wall DOM Smaller tubing is 1.5 and 1.25 for gusseting. Kits are made in small batches and we have yet to be able to keep up with demand and have them in stock.  Typical lead time is 2 weeks to ship.  All kits are shipped UPS Ground.

    Fits all 2-seat 2014-current RZR XP 1000 and Turbo models. Does not Fit RZR S or RZR PRO. The WelderD RZR Elite WD Cage Kit is now available!  The factory cage, like most other machines, lacks both safety and styling.  Our RZR Elite WD Cage Kit will lower the roofline and produce a safer, better-looking machine.  As with all our kits this RZR Elite WD Cage Kit is made with DOM tubing, bent, notched and ready to install on your machine by a qualified welder/fabricator.  Everything necessary to create a strong, safe and good-looking aftermarket cage is provided with the kit – you just supply the welds! The Elite line is available without options.  We’ve preselected the options for you to provide the strength and styling our customers expect.  All Elite kits are standard with 1.75 x 0.120 DOM main tubing.  Double B pillar and some bracing can be omitted if desired but will still be included.  If our Elite line doesn’t fit your needs please contact us to start the custom design process or look at our other options for your RZR. Please download/print and review the directions for this kit below PRIOR to placing your order these will NOT be included with your shipment.     These are the parts we use in house for mounting panels and roofs. This product includes: 1 - Trick Tab, .085″ Steel, 1/2″ Hole, Formed 1 - Black Body Bolt Clip, has 1/4 – 20 threaded built in nut 1 - Body Washer, Aluminum, Countersunk for a 1/4″ flat head screw, 1″ OD, comes with stainless steel screw Typically we use 10-12 on 2 seat sxs cages. Please don't only order these - cost is higher on this page.  Look for the bundle with your cage kit to get them at the same time.  Thank you!
