These are the parts we use in house for mounting panels and roofs. This product includes: 1 - Trick Tab, .085″ Steel, 1/2″ Hole, Formed 1 - Black Body Bolt Clip, has 1/4 – 20 threaded built in nut 1 - Body Washer, Aluminum, Countersunk for a 1/4″ flat head screw, 1″ OD, comes with stainless steel screw Typically we use 10-12 on 2 seat sxs cages. These tabs are designed to remount the OEM Polaris Click 6 seatbelts/harnesses when building a new rollcage. They can also be used for regular harnesses and other manufacturers retractable harnesses with slight modifications (if even necessary).
-Laser cut/CNC bent-1/8" Thick Steel Tabs. Plenty of surface for maximum weld joining.
-Fits 1-1/2" & 1-3/4" Tube
-For 1-3/4" we recommend a mild bend on the top overlay tab.
-Can easily be modified to fit other sizes and uses.

1.75 " DOM 0.120 wall tubing just like our kits
2 - 90 degree tubes are slot and tabbed for location just like our kits 4- 45 degree tubes intersect and overlap these joints This will help setting up your welder and provide joints similar to our cage kits the 45 degree joints can be trimmed to clear the previous 90 welds for full joint weld as well as provide a tight angle that does occur at some locations. Weld it out and display your skills Please don't only order these - cost is significantly higher on this page. Bundle with your cage kit to get them at the same time. We now offer two versions of tree kicker/rock sliders for your Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000. Both versions are made from 1.75” x 0.120” wall DOM and are designed to clear a 35” tire. We use formed tabs and bolts which offer superior strength over other manufacturers' flat tabs which tend to bend no matter the thickness. Version 1 This is a simple lightweight version to protect from rocks, stumps and trees without added weight. We offer the tree kickers in both kit form ($345) and raw welded ($495). Our kits are prebent, cnc notched with etched part numbers and slot and tabs for ease of locating parts. All you need to do is follow the instructions and weld them up! Welded assemblies are only available raw uncoated. We do this to save costs and prevent shipping damage saving us overhead cost and giving us the ability to pass the savings on to you.
