Introducing the weld-it-yourself RADIUS cage kit for your 2014+ Polaris XP1000 4 Seater! This cage is built with .120" &  .095" DOM tubing that can be either MIG or TIG welded without the use of a specialized fixture - just install the supplied connectors to the stock cage locations and piece together the cage on the vehicle.   INCLUDES
    • 17 Laser cut tube pieces with laser-etched part numbers on each component
    • 1.75" OD .120 Wall DOM Tubing for main structure (2 piece main hoops)
    • 1.75" OD x .095 Wall For Main Structure Components & 1.50" OD x .095 Wall DOM Tubing For Windshield Cross Bars
    • (2) A Pillar & (4) B or C Pillar clamps to attach to OEM cage location

    The WelderD KRX Kaos Cage Kit is now available for one of the most capable sxs on the market!  The factory cage, like most other machines, lacks both safety and styling.  Our KRX Kaos Cage Kit will lower the roof line and produce a safer, better looking machine.  As with all our kits, this KRX Kaos Cage Kit is made with .120 DOM tubing, bent, notched and ready to install on your machine by a qualified welder/fabricator.  Everything necessary to create a strong, safe and good looking aftermarket cage is provided with the kit – you just supply the welds! The Kaos is available in 2 options.  We have a 6.5” drop which gives a low streamline look but is too low for some riders so please check measurements before ordering.  Our 4.5” drop is for taller riders and those that want a better windshield fitment.  All WelderD kits are standard with 1.75 x 0.120 wall DOM main tubing.  Please download/print and review the directions for this kit below PRIOR to placing your order these will NOT be included with your shipment. *Pictures are of the 6.5” Drop Cage.  You can see the specific windshield photos in the Directions provided at the bottom of this page.     These are the parts we use in house for mounting panels and roofs. This product includes: 1 - Trick Tab, .085″ Steel, 1/2″ Hole, Formed 1 - Black Body Bolt Clip, has 1/4 – 20 threaded built in nut 1 - Body Washer, Aluminum, Countersunk for a 1/4″ flat head screw, 1″ OD, comes with stainless steel screw Typically we use 10-12 on 2 seat sxs cages.     These tabs are designed to remount the OEM Polaris Click 6 seatbelts/harnesses when building a new rollcage.   They can also be used for regular harnesses and other manufacturers retractable harnesses with slight modifications (if even necessary).

    -Laser cut/CNC bent-1/8" Thick Steel Tabs. Plenty of surface for maximum weld joining.

    -Fits 1-1/2" & 1-3/4" Tube

     -For 1-3/4" we recommend a mild bend on the top overlay tab. 

    -Can easily be modified to fit other sizes and uses.

    -You will need 2 tabs per seat

    -Sold individually (if you need 4 tabs order a quantity of 4)

    2 - 90 degree tubes are slot and tabbed for location just like our kits 4- 45 degree tubes intersect and overlap these joints This will help setting up your welder and provide joints similar to our cage kits the 45 degree joints can be trimmed to clear the previous 90 welds for full joint weld as well as provide a tight angle that does occur at some locations.
